We start from the strongest available primary source, add independent context where it materially changes the picture, and record retrieval dates for the sources we rely on.

- Update pages when better evidence becomes available

Corrections
Material corrections should be visible on the affected page with the date and nature of the change. Silent edits are reserved for minor spelling or formatting fixes that do not alter meaning.
