Public does not mean reusable.
Tomorrow, Tested. tracks source provenance and media rights separately. Attribution never substitutes for permission.
Third-party video
When we do not have reuse rights, we do not download and rehost the footage. A web article may instead use an official platform embed when embedding is permitted, or link to the original source.
A frame from someone else’s video is not treated as a free thumbnail. If image rights are not cleared, we use our own branded editorial card.
Preferred evidence
We prioritize first-party documentation for what a maker officially claims, then add research, regulatory material or independent reporting when verification or context is needed.
- Owned material
- Explicit permission or recorded licence
- Press assets with applicable terms
- Compatible Creative Commons or public-domain material
- Official embeds or source links when reuse rights are absent
Sponsored work
Commercial relationships are disclosed. Paid outbound links use the appropriate sponsored or nofollow relationship, and a sponsorship never guarantees a positive conclusion, Google ranking or AI citation.
